What does Carnaroli Classico mean?
The varieties of rice that can be called 'Carnaroli ' are 9: Caravaggio, Carnaval, Carnise, Carnaroli Classico, Karna l, Keope, Leonidas CL, Poseidone,
Zar. Carnaroli Classico is an ancient variety, highly appreciated in the kitchen for its excellent cooking resistance and for the excellent quality of the product. The low yield in cereal cultivation meant that it was replaced by new, more productive species. Currently, Carnaroli Classico is grown by only 146 * producers in Italy, who every day, respecting the territory and the product, create with love and passion a product of strong tradition and excellence.

The risottos are made entirely with our Carnaroli Classico rice. We have chosen to
use only top quality ingredients, preserved through a natural dehydration process, which allows to preserve the organoleptic and functional properties of the raw materials, without resorting to the use of preservatives.
